How long will the shipping of the product take?
The transit times below apply to all our couriers including Australia Post, Fastway, DHL and Swiship. The transit times below exclude weekends and public holidays. Please note that transit times may vary for delivery to rural locations and during the holiday seasons and sale events.

Processing of orders is guaranteed for the same day of purchase only if the order has been placed before 2PM AEST.
Please note next business day delivery is for locations within the Express Post network on a business day (Monday to Friday).
Do your products have warranty?

Where are we located?
Our head office is located in QLD on the Gold Coast. We also utilise partner warehouse facilities located in NSW and VIC at Moorebank and Dandenong, respectively. We have created fulfillment systems across multiple states to provide a fast and easy online delivery experience.
Is local pickup available?
Local pickup is currently not available from our Gold Coast location. If you live locally and place an order online before 2PM we will be able to have the items delivered to you normally within 2-3 business days with our free shipping option and 1 business day with our express shipping option.
Will the product be suitable for my phone?
If you are unsure about one of our products compatibility then please make contact with us by email or our live online messenger chat. We will do our best to respond to you within the hour from 7AM to 9PM.

- For Standard delivery within Australia it is 4 to 8 business days after processing of your order.
- For Express delivery within Australia it is 1 to 3 business days after processing your order.
New Zealand
- For Standard delivery to New Zealand it is 7 to 12 business days after processing of your order.
- For Express delivery to New Zealand it is 3 to 7 business days after processing your order.
International
- For Standard delivery for various International locations it is 10 - 15 business days after processing your order.
- For Express delivery for various International locations it is 7 - 12 business days after processing your order.
